Our first Sasquatch Wallow!

We expect this will be a low key affair compared to the vision for future gatherings, but there will still be edification, shenanigans, and praise!

Gales Creek Church

Edification: Sasquatch welcomes Charlie Marble to the Wallows to edify us with a talk about prayer. Charlie spent his formative years contemplating God in Gales Creek as his father pastored the Gales Creek church for 43 years. In addition to being a firefighter, Charlie is the Teaching Leader of the Men’s Bible Study Fellowship that meets at Sunset Presbyterian. He is also the man that taught Sasquatch to pray. Sasquatch Wallows is built on prayers. Join us for a prayer of blessing over this beautiful piece of God’s creation.

Shenanigans: You won’t shoot your eye out, but you may scalp your own head while we throw axes, tomahawks and knives at targets. As Mr. Beaver said in “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe”: “who said anything about safe? But, He [Aslan or in this case axe throwing] is good.”

Sunset

Praise: We’ll be listening to tunes from Sasquatch’s playlist as we sit around the firepits as the sun begins to set over the Coast Range. Take a farm tour and learn more about The Mission, Vision, and Dreams of Sasquatch Wallows

Bring a picnic, blanket and camping chairs and escape the anarchy of the world for a glimpse of the Garden.
